Create a new user

To create a new user you can either go to Settings/Users or once logged in click here User Management

You must have at least a Group to be able to add a user in.
Select the group you want to add the user into (you can change later) and Click on +Add user to...

The minimum information are :

First name
Last name
Role : Attendant for Cleaners, Maintenance for Maintenance, Inspector for Housekeepers/Supervisors
Username : the username must be unique
Language
Password
Hotel Access

Choose Accessible hotels

Since hopr is a multi property solution you must select the hotels it belongs to :

Create an avatar:*

Important tip
You need to Save the user after you update the image/text of your avatar. ot
Avatar are useful when logging to mobile apps because user will be able to log in just by clicking their avatar.

You have 2 options :

Create a text avatar

Create an image avatar : click on the icon image icon to select an image
