Minibar Setup

To set up the Minibar you have two ways to do it :

For one room

Go on Settings, and click on the Room where you want to add the Assets .

Then click on Minibar .

If there is already a Minibar Template registered , click on 'Apply template' .

But if there is no Template registered, add the Assets (products) wanted by clicking on this :
IMPORTANT : only the assets who are bulk and consumable are shown in this list .

To save the Minibar only for this Room, click on Save .

You also have the ability to save it as a Template which will be useful as seen before .

For many Rooms

Once all the Assets/Template are added to the room, click on Mass copy .

For all these actions

Once you've clicked on these buttons these two buttons will appear :

The minibar asset management interface allows users to efficiently setup options to merge or replace assets, featuring a detailed list of items with product IDs, quantities, and prices.

Merge Assets : it means that you will add these Assets to the ones who are already registered for the room

Replace Asset : it means that you'll delete all the previous Assets registered for this/these room(s) and replace theme by this new Template
