Attention: This option is not available with all the PMS, so please ask our agent who is in charge of your hotel if this option is available for your hotel.
With Hopr you have the possibility to send the client consumption to the PMS.
To do so, the first step is to have the assets well configured : with a productID and a serial number as it is in the PMS (here the link to see how to configure them: https://www.roomchecking.com/knowledge-base/assets/how-to-create-an-asset/)
Then ask the agent who is in charge of your hotel, to connect the Minibar in Hopr to your PMS.
