You have a Fias Interface
Since Arrivals are fed by Email Sheduler and Opera 5.6 will have a minimum of 1h between each sending of the Arrival Report. Hence arrival's room assignation will be reflected every hour only.
Option 1 : You accept this delay & there is no server change
If it is ok to you, then You/Oracle will have to change this settings in Opera and all will work as usual.
Option 2 : You accept this delay BUT there is a server change
Same as Option 1, but we'll need to resintall it all on the new interface server
Roomchecking install fees are 550€.
Option 3 : you move to the next generation interface HTNG
You need to ORDER THE OPERA HTNG INTERFACE to Oracle.
