After choosing a data source, you can now customize the Dashboard display based on your interests:
For example, to see the cleaning history of the previous week based on housekeepers, rooms, and days.
1) First, select a data source, so for our example, it will be 'cleaning'.
2) Next, choose the time interval for viewing your data (today, yesterday, last week, etc.).
Here what appears :
Let's first filter out what interests us: housekeepers, rooms, date, start time, when and by whom the room was inspected. So let's select only these columns.
Now, to display the dashboard based on a specific column (in this case, the housekeeper), we need to drag this column to the top.
Here our dashboard after he has been filtered
Now, if we want to add a filter, for example, to also sort by room, we do the same operation: drag the desired column to the top.
NOTE: Pay attention about the order of column sorting (do you want it to be sorted first by housekeeper or by room?) because based on that, the dragged columns have to be in the right order. If you want to follow our example (having the housekeeper first), then you drag this column first and then the others.
Here how our dashboard looks like :
This is only one way to customize it, but there are an infinite number of possibilities .
In order to save the report, you click on SAVE AS in order to save the report.
Now you don't need to customize it each day, you can now see these templates for your hotel each time that you click on dashboard.
