The Tasks system is fundamental in Hopr. But when you have so many, it can be a huge time saver to categorize them. Imagine you could pick any individual Task and mark it as Opex, Bill to Owner, To Order…. And find them easily grouped when necessary :
Tags can now be assigned to tasks for better categorization and organization.
First you need to create the task tags in settings, in order to do so go to https://hopr.roomchecking.com/tags-management and add the tags you need to use.

Tag type should be TASK

Once you have added them into the settings, you can assign the tags to any task of your preference.
Open the task and in the upright corner you have the tags window.

Select the tag you want to assign and save.

You can now see the tag in the tasks list and also filter by the tag in the task dashboards.
