Here we are explaining how to create the cleaning rules, and like that the rooms will appears in the cleaning planner

First go on the plugin page :

HOW TO CREATE A NEW PLUGIN

To create a new plugins always click on 'ADD' :

So here there are few 'fields' that need to be fill :

MANDATORY :
1) Type : The type of cleaning (monthly/daily etc) .
2) Name : the name of the plugin .
3) Based on : on which criteria the room will appear, how many credits the room should have, etc .

NOT MANDATORY :
3)Instructions : it's not mandatory to fill it, it's only in the case that you want that the attendant received an instruction with the cleaning .
4)Audits : if you want every time that the cleaner will clean a space with this plugin/rule, he will
4) Checkboxes : in the case where the cleaning needs a change sheets, etc .

I ) TYPE OF CLEANING :

By clicking on the type, a dropdown will appear will these options :

The most used are :

A) Every day cleaning : it will add all the chosen spaces everyday in the planner .

B) Specific day of week cleaning : choose the day in the week when the cleaning should be done (every week it will be this day that the space will appears in the planner) .

C) Week based cleaning : It will show all the business weeks, then choose (by clicking on it) which specific week and day the space should be clean .

D) No cleaning : it's only if you want to just show the room to the attendant .

II) Based on :

By clicking on it, this dropdown will appear :

Clean & dirty : should it be also for clean/inspected rooms ?

Occupation : on which room's status the cleaning will appear ? (arrival, stay, arrival with departure ...)

Other properties : should the cleaning be generated by an information who is in the reservation's informations ?

Room category : Which category of room will received the cleaning + how many credits for each one ?

Sections/sub section : which (sub) section will received these cleaning ?

Important :
1)It is possible to choose few options, meaning that it is possible to say that all the rooms who are in the sections 1, 2, 3, who are 'deluxe' and with the rate_code 'GRP' will receive a cleaning every week on Monday .
2) If you choose 'Room', it will apply the cleaning only on the specific room that you have choose, so you can't mix 'Rooms' with other option like 'Room category' (who includes others rooms that the chosen ones in 'Rooms'
