One of the many ways to prevent unauthorized access to guest data is to prevent access to Hopr OUTSIDE of your hotel/property. By checking on each request that the IP of the caller is whitelisted we ensure only people inside the hotel can access Hopr.
Important Notice : in a hotel group, once activated ALL hotels will be activated and there is no way to remove on hotel from the feature.
There are 2 steps :
1-Ask your Roomchecking Customer Success to Activate the Licence (we use external service for this feature)
2-In Hopr, go to Settings>Hotel Group Settings
A-Add For Each Hotel one or more lines with the IP ranges you want to ALLOW

B-Until you don't Activate and Save, the IP Fencing will not be enforced
