Go to the page experience categories in settings (make sure that you have permissions to view this page, if not, please speak to an administrator at your hotel): https://hopr.us.roomchecking.com/experience-categories
- Choose the experience category for which you would like to auto trigger a task, meaning, each time that this category of experience is create a task will be triggered for that room.

2. Check the checkbox, fill in the quantity, choose the asset and action from the drop down and configure the person, subgroup or group that you would like the task to go to if created.
