How to Create an Asset Set & Apply it to rooms?

HOPR > Left Navigation Bar > Settings > Asset Sets

Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Asset sets screen.

Click the +Create a set button located at the top-right corner. This reveals the Create a new asset set panel.

Here, name the asset set using the Name field.

Choose the assets you want to include in the set using the Add an asset dropdown.

Once the selections are made, click the Save button.

To apply it to one room:

Once it is created, go to the room where you want to apply it click on "Apply Asset Set", choose the template, and then assign it to the room.

To apply it to many rooms:

The asset set must first be assigned to the room.
Once assigned, click on "Mass Copy Inventory" to copy it to other rooms, room categories, floors, etc.

When performing a "Mass Copy", be aware that there are two options:

• "Merge Assets": This will add the selected assets to the ones already present in the target room.
• "Replace Assets": This will remove all previously assigned assets in the target room and apply the new configuration.
