There are few categories in the asset board :

- Image: An image can be add to the asset.
- Bulk : should be always active.
- Consumable/Chargeable : Does the asset have a price, and then it will be charged when someone will consume it.
- Use for simple tasks :
- Product: ID : For PMS that support charges. Used only when wanting to charge items from Hopr to the PMS. This can be the case of a minibar items, broken items or something else that you would like to charge the client for from Hopr. It can be connected to the PMS by adding the same product ID as in the PMS (please check with the support at suport@roomchecking.com if the option is activated for your property).
- Price: The price of the asset
- Tax: If there is a tax fee include in the asset price (if not, write 0)
Actions:
Hopr supports multi-property hotels, enabling the addition of specific actions for each property/hotel. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Select the Hotel
Begin by selecting the hotel where the action will be added.
Step 2: Define the Action Name
- Specify the name of the action (e.g., "Add a").
- This text will precede the asset name (e.g., "Bed") when a task is created for the asset.
Step 3: Configure Default Pre-Assignment (Optional)
Actions can be pre-assigned by default:
Upon task creation, the action will automatically be assigned to the pre-registered user or group.
