The challenge for apartment rentals since a very long time, is that no tools have ever been specifically built for them. This means that they have had to use tools built for hotels. What has this meant in reality? Well, they haven’t been able to add standards PER apartment, include building, codes and property information for the staff, a simple thing such as applying a google maps link to the apartment and “Building code 1212, 2nd floor, apartment 201 on the left”, had not been possible. Neither has it been possible to automatically assignig cleanings based on distance between apartments nor has it been possible to add HOURS of cleaning to forecast based on the cleaning type and if it is a studio, one bedroom, two bedrooms etc.

This GAP that exists between systems that are out there today and actual operations of apartment rentas has been huge. Even though there are some systems today that try, they don’t handle the whole operations scope such as lost and found, inventory, automated assignments and more, it is just another tasking tool.
