Calculation explanation made simple:
Assumption: We assume that it takes 30 seconds to plan each room, and which each additional housekeeper there is a new layer of complexity
Calculation: Take the complexity of the cleaners, then multiple the amount by occupied rooms times hours per room. Finally you multiply that by the hourly wage. If you want monthly savings multiple by 30. If you want the annual savings multiple by 30 days * 12 months.
Assumption: We assume that the maintenance employee makes $15 a hour and your property has one maintenance employee per 40 units
Calculation: Take the number of maintenance employees needed multiple by their hourly wage then multiple by 30 minutes saved. If you want the monthly savings multiple by 30 days. If you want to calculate the annual savings multiple by 30 days * 12 months .
Assumption: We assume on average the housekeepers make 60% of what a supervisor hourly rate is, and hours saved is 30 minutes per cleaner
Calculation: To begin, calculate the cost per cleaner per hour. Then multiply that by the number of cleaners working. Finally, times that number by the hours saved per day. If you want to calculate the monthly savings multiple by 30 days. If you want the annual savings multiple by 30 days * 12 months
